At Aurenzo Agency Ltd, we pride ourselves on providing custom, high-quality services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the bespoke and digital nature of our work, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.

1. No Refund After Project Commencement

Once a project has begun (following payment and written confirmation), no full or partial refunds will be issued, except in exceptional circumstances solely at our discretion.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Start)

If a cancellation is requested before any design, strategy, or development work has commenced, a refund may be granted, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

3. Deposits

Deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable. They secure your position in our production schedule and cover preliminary administrative and planning costs.

4. Project Delays

Delays caused by the client (e.g. late feedback, incomplete materials) do not qualify for cancellation or refund. If a delay is caused by Aurenzo Agency Ltd, we will notify the client in writing and agree on a new timeline.

5. Exceptional Refunds

In rare and exceptional cases (e.g. proven service failure with no deliverables provided), a partial refund may be discussed. All such requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, clients must email us at contact@aurenzo.agency with the project name, reason for cancellation, and any relevant documentation. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
